      Pros

      Fair pay and benefits for job. flexible hours. Nice people. Good training good devices.

      Cons

      promotions are based on who knows who. Far to many employees or managers dating / marriages. Company has moved from respectable corporation to a work-place dating site.

      Pros

      Great people who really care about providing world class customer service & products to their customers. Upper level management try to stay in touch with the pulse of the employees through their employee satisfaction surveys. Great benefits for cell phone service, very good Medical, Dental and Eye benefits. Good people to work with in all levels of management and employees. They recognize the value of thier employees and reward them according to thier individual performance.

      Cons

      Need better communication from the senior level management team to the employees working in the weeds. Better direction from the top as to where the company is headed.

      Decisions that are made at the senior management level (and above) aren't realistic or practical for real business practices. What looks and sounds good in theory doesn't necessarily mean it will work. Too many changes in a short period of time without a sound foundation to back them up,
