Pros

Very process oriented in the IT department, great project management team and business analysts. Good benefits package.

Cons

Way too much documentation, project team is very big, takes a long time to set up meetings and almost impossible to get things done quickly. Salary is on the lower end.

Pros

The benefits are very good. The company is well recognized in the industry and probably looks pretty good on your resume.

Cons

The pay is a bit below industry standard. You'll spend all day writing Methods of Procedure (MOP) and never really get in and do any work. The documentation stinks. There is absolutely no training on how the network is designed. Communication of technical issues is practically non-existent. You get stuck in a niche. They treat contractors like dirt.
