Pros

Good People, challenges and opportunities everywhere.

Cons

Under resourced and organization is poor. Was fun company to work for at one time. Have gotten away from that. Personally I believe the value of Sr Leadership is questionable. Recent moves make me think I should expect things to improve in these areas.

Pros

Great team of coworkers, when your on your managers good side thats are wonderful working for the company and love the technology and watching how T-Mobile evolves as a company technologically

Cons

Terrible recognitions as of now. Slow to help develop reps. No set standard on managing stores, so what maybe okay for one manager is a big no for another.

Pros

The benefits are great and the hours are flexible. There is a decent possibility of moving up within the company.

Cons

Bad pay, the pay was previously a lot better, but the commission structure is declining daily. Retail hours are not the best.
