Pros

Well I am an intern, and they don't just throw you into something you cannot do. They help you and make sure you know all of the ins and outs of the area you are working in.

Cons

I dont have enough actual work to do, even though I ask.

Pros

The benefits are great and affordable.

Cons

They treat us like small children. Many of us are college educated and we are all adults yet we are told exactly what to say and what to think every minute of every day. You get in trouble for going to the bathroom and it counts against you. Mgt says its because some people abuse the privilege, I am fairly certain going to the restroom is a necessity and not a privilege. It is also impossible to get any time off. They give you a decent amount of time but what does it matter if you aren't allowed to use it ever? The goals are also ridiculous. They basically set you up to fail and then make you feel awful for doing so. With our current goals I don't know anyone that is meeting in everything. That is insane. This job is way too stressful for what we do. I mean, really we're fixing cell phones not saving lives.

Pros

T-Mobile has a nice long training program so that you feel comfortable with your job as a customer service representative in the call center.

Cons

T-Mobile as a management team puts a lot of pressure on their employees. Customers get angry & call you stupid most of the day because you are simply following policies & procedures.
