      Pros

      Great Teams, Great Tools, Great leader ship. I love the way they are taking the industry. Very fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Its easy to take steps to new position but hard if you wanna go from retail to corporate position. They usually hire outside the company for that.

      Pros

      The management treats you like equals, the company trains you more fully than any company I've ever worked for and you get paid for it, it's a fun place to work, and I learned a lot. I love this industry. The money-making potential was amazing.

      Cons

      I really didn't have any problems at T-mobile. Customers complain about their bill, so I fixed their plans. They didn't like their phones, so we found phones that worked for them. It really was just a fun job, and I made a lot of money there.

      Pros

      Decent pay if placed in a busy location. Training provided. They will basically hire anyone.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Compenation was not as promised. I basically make minimum wage. Was palced in a slower location. Forced to travel. High employee turn over rate.
