Pros

Compensation is descent. Bringing in good revenue. Values Location

Cons

Sr. Leadership is not right for where the company is in its lifecycle. Leadership did a good job in the past at acquisition but they are not capable in a competitive/saturated market where customer retention is important. Handset selection is terrible. Lacks operational efficiency and becoming pretty bloated in areas...Marketing strategy is horrible!
