      Good place to work if you are seeking for work / life balance

      Pros

      Work / life balance, flexibility, good environment and collaboration among different teams. Low performance transparency. Depending on the department clear career path.

      Cons

      Slow moving company without a particular focus. Some technology inssues, slow implementation of the projects. Dependence from the parent company.

      Interesting industry and technology to work in.

      Cons

      Never been at a company that so disrespected and poorly treated their employees. They used to be a best place to work and now they don't even care since they have cut most benefits.

      Pros

      Good people to work with. Good product that is being developed Casual work environment.

      Cons

      Compensation is barely adaquate. Raises have been non-existent, bonuses are no longer possible due to ridiculous goals and advancement is hard to come by.
