Decent recognition and team camaraderie

Cons

Constant schedule/leadership changes, too much micro-managing, supervisors seemingly don't have to live up to the same standards as hourly employees

Pros

Great knowledgable, helpful team. Employees at higher positions treat all employees on the same level. Communication is efficient, effective, and consistent. Job benefits are great, PTO, 401k, IRA on part time positions. Coworkers are friendly for the most part.

Cons

Pay structure; don't get paid for upgrades, and does not count towards monthly quota. Upgrades take a tremendous amount of time, but we only get paid on "new" activations or "added" lines. Hourly raise is based on performance review. Pressure on monthly quota.
