Pros

The pros can be discount on phones, team oriented environment, flexible schedule. Also, if you get a lenient manager it could be fun at work.

Cons

The place can get pretty busy during the holidays. If you do not have good retail skills your hours can very between your skill.

Pros

-Opportunity for advancement -Heavy focus on add-on sales, and other metrics -Great prices and simple plans to sell -AMAZING training program -Best benefits I have ever seen in a company

Cons

-Need better POS systems, not the machines, but the software. It seems that there are always bugs that we are fighting. -With all of the network modernization, the cell signal has been more intermittent than normal
