Benefits are some of the best I saw, work environment makes it a place you want to go to work at, management listens to reps, continual training helps meet the demand necessary to sell, growth opportunities are good, work life balance is exceptional

wages not as competitive as other major carriers, changing directions of upper management stifles growth in company
