Senior Management has little to no clue Company is bleeding customers Business makes far too many of the Technical decisions Focus and goals constantly in flux...both short and long term Constantly trying to "do things as they've always done" while moving forward

The loss of key leaders over the last has had a negative impact on morale and the desire to support the company. The leaders who left were able to get the best out of their teams, had a vision, and helped the executive leadership stay grounded and do what was right. Turnover can be a good thing, however the wrong people left. My peer group is proactively in looking for outside opportunities as the business continues to spiral downward, benefits are cut, and management looks the other way as the values are not followed. Lack of trust, trickery, and hidden agendas by senior management looking to save their own jobs is normal.
