Pros

Discounts on cell phones, accessories.

Cons

Low pay, reduction in commissions. There is way too much micromanagement currently. This wasn't the way that it was when i started with the company. The company really doesnt seem to care about its customers either.

Pros

Tmobile offers a great benefits package as well as opportunity to make as much commission as you would like. There is a set hourly rate for sales representatives, however the more you sell the more can make every month in commission. The management team also works well with employees to help make sure you know how to make sells and most importantly help customers with whatever they might need. As part-time there is potential to make many sales and high commission checks, it depends on effort, and selling capability.

Cons

Sales are very competitive, this can some times result in negative energy among sales colleagues.
