Pros
Reasonable pay & benefits, exposure to technology, good to have a job in a down economy. There are a lot of good people working here.
Cons
Little to no opportunity for pay increases. Executive meddling late in project phases. Indecisive leadership and/or leadership lacks the authority to make decisions. Constant reversal on strategy creates a LOT of unnecessary work. Specialists are promoted to people management, when we should be looking for excellent people managers. Leaders do not live the values.
