      Pros

      Great job for a college student and great benefits for employees part or full. I paid 12 bucks bi weekly for health insurance that covered me very well that I took advantage of. Employee phone benefits continued to get better.

      Cons

      In larger markets some managers have fallen through the cracks or have been promoted due to nepotism. T-Mobile cut commissions drastically. Emphasis is shifting away from sales to more customer service while at the same time giving less tools for us to work with. After going to other cell phone companies as a customer it seems that they do a better job of helping the customer on site with problems.

      Pros

      T-Mobile has great benefits and really takes care of its employees. The health benefits are second to none, 401k matching starts after just 6 months with 100% of matching fully vested immediately, and the company offers great incentives for performance from bonuses to gift cards and special gifts. Great recognition and appreciation is shown for employee success.

      Cons

      Changes often happen with little to no notice from management. I understand that there are upcoming products that the company doesn't want leaked early, but often major changes are made in the way we would do our job. We were frequently not notified of these changes the day they started.

      Pros

      Stable environment and ability to work and live in same city.

      Cons

      Long hours and lack of recognition.As a company, we need to do a better job recoginizing employees from a management and peer to peer level. We could make a huge impact by linking the proper rewards and recoginition for performance and service with exciting incentives and more management and face to face ackowledgemnts. Inspire the energy and spirit within our employees and we will have a a larger motivation to the brand and customer experience.
