Pros

Employees are treated well and respected. Employees are encouraged to develop their careers and get training. Every manager I've spoken with says they're happy that their employees find other opportunities even though they have to replace them. Job shadowing is encouraged and done frequently. Communication is generally quite good at a department and company-wide level. My pay is good -not sure about others. Bonuses are quarterly and the review process is quick and not too challenging. There are many fun events with departments and groups that give you a chance to meet new people and get out of the office.

Cons

So far has not been easy to move to a new job. Not harder then other companies but not much easier to get hired from within then from outside the company. Some people move up fast while others seem to stay stuck permanently at their level and have to leave company to move on. Haven't figured out the politics but they seem to have quite an influence on who gets hired - not unusual. They be be too soft on employees because as with all companies - there are some bad managers. They don't seem to be promoted but on the other hand they also don't get fired so one has to put up with them.

Pros

They offer flex schedule and the ability to work at home. In addition, you can schedule appointments around daily meetings and other work-related events. Benefits are pretty good as well.

Cons

Poor leadership by management. No mentoring available for managers to improve on managerial skills. Often observed favoritism and cronyism by managers toward employees in terms of reviews, training and promotions. Often observed that employees receive promotions to management even though those employee do not have the education, skills or experience to manage. Example of workplace bullying is discussed behind closed doors by employees and smart, competent people are bullied to leave.
