Pros

Good hours since there is less people who work.

Cons

Be carful what area you work in. You could end up either paying for a customers phone repair so they can use it as a trade-in or the CEO’s assistant sends one of their friends to get a free product from your store and you have to waive all fees.

Pros

The only pros for working for TMO is that they just started a $20/HR minimum wage.

Cons

Those who have worked at TMO for decades do not benefit from the TMO minimum wage pay increase. If you came from Sprint, they are trying to make you leave. They lie constantly to their customer's and employees. TMO is overly political. Out of the four wireless companies I've worked for, TMO is by far the worst.
