Pros

Great pay, decent insurance, and stock purchase plans (growing exponentially ATM)

Cons

inconsistent leadership, micro managing and being talked down to daily for years. told to do things one way (ethically) but expected to do whatever needed for a sale, including straight up lying to customers about promotions, prices and legal terms. I could no longer put up with this behavior and quit without having another job.
