Pros

Best health insurance in the industry. None of the other wireless companies even come close because it is based out of Bellvue. Good pay w/commission. Room for growth.

Cons

They do not want to give any hours, policies are inconsistent. Upper management is inconsistent, can go months without proper leadership. The future of the company is up in the air. You could end up training your manager who is new to the company for a position you have applied for.

The company makes sure you enjoy all the perks while with the company. After putting in a few years you phone discount,PTO, health insurance and employee phone plan makea it hard for you to want to move on. As a manager you do have the freedom to build your own dream team which will help you make it to the top.

Cons

Commission has taken a nose sive in the past few years making one think twice before going into management. Communication across the company is horrible, standards should be equal. Dont work to hard because you will never make it to the top.
