Pros

Very Flexible. Great work life balance. Pay is decent if you ask for the right amount. will help you buy decent time.

Cons

Inconsistent management. There are some good managers and some bad. You never know which ones your dealing with. The company is a failing organization. Get what you can but make plans for your future. I really liked the company, benefits and what they offered.

Pros

Very good and cost effective benefits. Pay is good for Retail Sales Associates. Most of the associates are very friendly and easy to work with.

Cons

Front line leadership from District manager to store leadership has no empowerment. Communication between senior leadership and the front line is not always very effective. There is little role definition in the RAM or RSL positions. Management pay is pretty low comapred to other carriers.
