Pros

Uniforms Quarterly Stock PTO Great earning potential.

Cons

Typical Retail BIG push to self service with no transparency on future. Pressure for credit cards apps. Sr Leadership can be out of touch with what actually goes on in a store. Depending on your Sr Manager your gonna be good or your going to hate your life.

The culture has nosedived and they are restructuring frontline to make way for a fully digital (self serve) experience.

Pros

Company is great when it comes to pay and benefits. Super sales oriented and so you basically make as much money as you out effort into it

Cons

Company expects immediate change with any new rollouts or products with little to no room to be heard on feedback. It is a salary job so you are always expected to be available for the store which is great for some people
