Pros

- The people we worked with were amazing and so lovely, made some really great friends in the office - The pay was decent and they often - Good work life balance and very social- lots of nights out and fun organised by staff - Really enjoyed the 'team' environment and the group atmosphere - receive some discounts and benefits from different campaigns - Holidays weren't complicated to request and in my experience staff were very accommodating to help - The office was in a great location

Cons

- Work was boring and mundane, very repetitive - Company was very controlling with 'no paper' policies which went beyond ridiculous at times - Hours can be long and you can be working into the later hours - While I was there they over employed staff and were faced with having to cull large numbers in one go. One boy was sacked on christmas eve and staff would use any possible excuse to get rid of someone to keep up with numbers. - Temporary contract staff are treated awfully - My own team leader was terrible, couldn't work a computer or manage a team - Personally i would never work for this company again. If you need a quick temporary job you could do worse than this, but if you're looking for long term- look again.

Fired after being on FMLA

Its really laid back and very easy job to do.

Cons

I worked there almost 2 years and went on FMLA and was fired due to someone in hr not filing my paperwork and i re-sent the paper work but they decided to wait til my return day to fire me and lie and say i was denied FMLA but i found out that i wasn't and lost all my benefits because they dont want to do there job.

Pros

I consider Teleperformance as my second family, they will care for you, they will always coach you what were your opportunities and strength. I stayed here for almost 2 years and it was a great and fun experience with my colleagues.

Cons

Lack of transparency, base pay is not competitive enough, I don't like the foods in the pantry, politics when it comes to promotion.
