* Great, reliable coworkers * Most management superb and knowledgeable * Can customize our own desk, to a certain degree

Cons

* Not being able to have part-time, or work-at-home opportunities * More flexible with attendance/corrective action procedures * Better benefits, such as more paid-time off days and matching 401(k) * Allow employees to customize desks more * Virtually no chances for advancement

Company doesn't really care about the employees. There is alot of favoritism and if you know how to suck-up than you can easily survive. But if you like to work independently and think of progressing with your hard work. This is the wrong company you are working for.
