Pros

your colleagues are the only thing to get you through. sometimes you get a good manager too, only sometimes though. the benefits were probably the best thing.

Cons

managers couldn't care less about you, team leaders changed every week in my campaign. no job security, awful employee care, no team meetings, no quality check. training should have been longer and more structured. chat of progressing onto a better role - nothing. i was also on a 40 hour contract and there was no time to myself, we approached the manager about reducing our hours to 37.5 months before I left and nothing.

Pros

Right now I would just say getting paid during training.

Cons

I went through the training and we didn't have any communication about rather we were even getting paid(and still unaware). The IT department, logins, equipment, and even HR wouldn't respond to any emails or calls. Also the trainer was ok but a little unprofessional at times and too much side bar conversation and unorganized training with no daily agenda.
