Pros

- Friendly environment between colleagues - Good opportunity to improve your problem solving skills

Cons

- If you're in the English Market for META, you're going to suffer - A lot of supervisors don't care about you (let's not even talk about Project management) - KPI's are unrealistic (in order to actually get decent money from the bonus it requires much more luck than skill and also LYING, a lot of LYING to the clients)
