Hierarchy in this company has progressed to a level where there is no way to be heared, for anything you might have to say regarding company procedures and policies. I've worked in the same project for years and over this period I've experienced a drastic downgrade in workflow operativity, efficiency, and in actually compensating employers on merit.
Bonuses has been lowered in the order of hundreds of euros since i've been here. We get nearly insane KPIs to reach in order to receive said bonus, and everytime we begin to adapt our workflow to increase the received bonus, KPIs get updated to make sure it's hard enough so they don't pay much bonus to employees.
It's so much clear that whoever handles Project KPIs and targets have no idea how work is actually done and has no interest in keeping employers motivated. That's part of the reason for why they have no interest in employers' quality of life and work, since it's very uncommon that one decides to stay in the company for more than 1-2 years.
Since all the low rate employees are relatively new to the company, they have no shame in making conditions for them perpetually worse.
In addiction, not a day has been passed since i'm here, where I haven't encountered slow connection, connection cutting out, and calls interrupted because of how the VPN system for employers work in this company. Needless to say, there is no way to report it so that the report doesn't go automatically to the bin.
Regarding holidays, this company has a funny digital system to book yours over the year. Various, constant malfunctions on this platform make it necessary to contact any superior to request for the days you would like approved. I'm not overstating if I say that 90% of said requests get denied over no real reason, or none that get disclosed.
As a consequence, company takes the liberty to book your own holidays on random available days during the year. You receive no communication, no update on it. You just log-in to the dedicated platform on random day and find out that the company decided your own holidays.
Do we want to start with Payslips? let's just say that you are very lucky if you receive one without any error on it. For example:
Lately I received slght decrease on my payslip, stating that i was absent with no justification for an hour. Since that never happened, I contacted HR to report it.
They successfully modified it in the next payslip (so I still had to wait a whole month to get my money back). The problem is, while they gave me back the said amount, I was still charged the same amount for another made up hour that was never missed. I reported that to HR providing once again all necessary proofs to show them that no hours had been missed, and I never received an answer to this day.
Do yourself a favor, stay away from this exploiting machine
