not one thing possibly comes to mind

Cons

expected to take calls nonstop for hours on end, with no support. often dealing with frustrated customers. the company doesn’t let you feel like a human, i’ve never been in a workplace this dehumanising. lower level roles are constant revolving door, with standards so low you’ll be left cleaning up other people’s mistakes.
