They listen to your concerns and suggestions. Great management.

Cons

Sometimes reaching a certain Department requires you to call the hotline and would take time for them to reposnd on your email, since some are not working on site.

Training at least is decent.

Cons

Hours? Appalling. Overtime? Mandatory. God forbid you have any issues you need dealt with that involves upper management. Be prepared to never get a response, or for them to dance around your actual question.
