I have nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

1. No clarity of hours during interview. 2. No timely response from HR regarding any issue. 3. Paychecks are usually messed up. 4. Lack of support to remote employees. 5. They just use you like a material. 6. No empathy towards their workers.

Pros

Got paid £9,50 an hour which for a job without many requirements is not bad.

Cons

*Getting days off is horrendously hard *You have no support - management is hard to reach, ineffective and make it very difficult for you to do your job right, but also have very high expectations of you which they do not meet themselves. *How you spend your time is monitored every minute *You'd have to deal with very negative customers on top of the management
