Management is friendly. Opportunities to pull overtime come up.

Cons

Closed environment and shared headsets. Easy to catch someone's cold if you don't wipe everything down. Incoming calls can be rude and stressful..

Pros

Availability of overtime, easy to move up, most campaigns pay a good wage, get a good campaign and you will have awesome, tentative supervisors very willing to help.

Cons

Not really any benefits worth talking about, insurance is pricy for a good plan, cheaper to shop around for a while before making a decision,
