      Pay is okay for the type of job.

      Cons

      My experience was very messy with the trainers fraternizating with the trainees. Also your benefits don't kick in until a year of employment (including vacation and PTO). The systems were always having issues so it was hard to learn and at times we were thrown into things we had no training on.

      - Diverse environment - Good facilities

      Cons

      - Problems with pay - Not able to take holiday due to lack of cover, permanent problem thus not allowing to take more than 1 day off at a time EVER - Lack of support and understanding from management - No opportunities for progression
