      Good benefits and salary. you will definitely learn a lot of new techs

      Cons

      With regards to work, there are tons of clients to support and it will be hard to keep up especially when you are a new hire

      Work Culture is good; Pay Scale is okay, though transparency in pay of bonuses is not really good.

      Pros

      The Work culture is really Good. Flexible work timings. Multiple employee engangement activites.

      Cons

      The benefits and allowances are bare minimum. Lack on transperancy in the allocation of Bonus. In the most recent hike letter, they refuse to put in the figure of Bonus (Variable Pay) otherwise called Extra Mile Award (EMA).

      Best of the 3 organizations I've ever worked with

      Pros

      Good & Supportive Team (can comment on on the team I've worked with). No Office politics. Lot of trainings/coachings available. Felxibitity in time. Very friendly, helping and outreaching management. Higher management very frequently checks in to find out if employees have any issues.

      Cons

      The salary benefits are very minimum. Would be better if more components are added.
