      Good Company with Low Payrates for Lots of Unpaid Overtime

      Pros

      They do support each other rather well and there is always someone will to share an experience to help you decide what to do in a given situation.

      Cons

      They promise the moon in raises but there is always some reason that they cannot follow thru. They always try to hire someone at the rock bottom wage and won't ever pay someone what they are worth based on experience. They base all pay rates off of locations.
