      Great company, but systems do not support their people

      Pros

      Great people, fast paced. A lot of great benefits. Great health insurance, stock options, free food and great parties. Everyone is helpful and willing to help. It feel like you a part of a family.

      Cons

      Scrappy, a lot of systems are still not automated and it causes extra work. There is a lot of room for improvement and there do not seem to be resources for those improvements. Most teams are understaffed. Underpaid.

      Pros

      Teamwork and solution focused. Hiring focuses on good people coupled with sharp skills set. Great work life balance. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      Low pay is discouraging. Results are expected but not financially rewarded. Turnover of senior support people is high. This seems to be the creator of advancement opportunities.

      - Great people - My immediate managers have always cared about my growth and happiness in my role - Company really does try to solve culture problems and encourage collaboration between teams - Lots of ability to be self-directed and take on problems when I notice they need attention

      Cons

      - The company grew pretty fast recently, and as a result we're still growing into our identity and culture as a larger company - Design feels removed from the rest of the company in decision making and culture at times.
