      Pros

      Very Good product with a large focus on adding features to their enterprise offerings. good analyst relations and so leads from gartner, forrester etc make for a constant lead flow. Everything is salesforce and if its not in salesforce then it never happened!

      Cons

      have a very narrow view of customer success or satisfaction. Expect all clients to self serve and for the OEM's a very hand s off approach and reluctance to hear the OEM's requirements. if ithe deal is too chanlenging then they drop it and move on. That level of customer success will hurt them as they grow. The management are all north american in culture and expertise and those they send to manage EMEA are there for the ride rather than for their skills.

      Pros

      Best product in the industry, awesome team to work with, great benefits especially if you're in a city with an office. Everyone is motivated and eager to perform at their highest ability.

      Cons

      Weak matching 401K, if promoted from within you're not rewarded/paid same as if you were hired from outside the company, so you're better off to quit, then rehire months later to get the salary/compensation you deserve/that's competitive.

      Pros

      Great benefits, fantastic culture, great product. Been in the sales business for nearly 10 years and this has been one of the most fun environments to work in.

      Cons

      Averaged 17% of reps to quota in the past 5 quarters. This combined with a low base salary makes it tough to feel appreciated. The upper management team (not direct managers) has very very unrealistic goals. If you're used to hitting quota, you're in for a rough wake up call.
