Managers from different organisations have joined Salesforce but could not learn Salesforce values but they bought the culture from other companies and keep on imposing them. Not a single employee at Tableau Hyderabad is happy but they do not have any other option. People are looking for jobs internally or outside just after 4-5 months. There can not be any drawback of management more than this. The list is very long but I think this will be enough to ake management aware of the problems.
