Pros

Provides great experience if you want to go into law enforcement move up in the field. Experience here is desired among other retailers.

Cons

Low starting pay for the amount of work and risk. Having prior experience will only get in the door, no more no less. Super high expectations for little to no recognition.

The expectations are ridiculous. The people running the show have no clue what they are actually doing when it comes to shortage reduction

- Pay is alright, but definitely could be better for the amount of hours and work you will put in - Catching Shoplifters and working with the police is fun -Learned a lot leadership - Employee discount

Cons

- Work 50+ hour weeks - Work every holiday - Work every other weekend - Have to be “on-call” - Difficult to request time off
