Pros

The schedule was pretty flexible and they were cool with making sure you could live your life as long as you got your hours in too.

Cons

My supervisor was extremely hard to get along with. Sexist to the point that two of us (both females) literally couldn't do our jobs effectively. Problem was everyone knew he was sexist but all the right people loved him (i.e. HR and his supervisor).

Pros

The team you get to work with and the peers you have Opportunity for advancement if you’re well liked and perform at a high level Pay when you advance Health and vacation benefits

Cons

Op model still has a long way to go, it’s not a one size fits all approach Highly political environment No longer embrace creativity; everything is black and white Feedback, praise, and developmental activities are few are far between now Hours worked and schedule required equates to no work life balance
