Pros

Good network amongst other Target Stores

Cons

Heavy Work Politics Policies are bent toward the customer. Never to the Team member. There is NO open-door policy.

Pros

Management most of the time is VERY good. Super flexible with schedule, and usually supports you and your development. Pay was good too. (Minimum $19 an hour for an APS nationwide)

Cons

Can be stressful. It’s retail so all the bad things of retail come with the job. (Crazy guests, etc). Also you will be having status meetings with upper management fairly often which can be annoying. You will also work weekends pretty much every week.
