Pros

The pay to start off is really good compared to other Asset Protection jobs with other big box retailers such as Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement are very slim unless you know somebody, have spent a lifetime working for the company, or like sucking up to people
