Pros

Your co-workers, the store, and surprisingly the food at their food court.

Cons

Constant change in supervisor, no consistency, reviews on fellow employees are done to impede raises, so they get only a nickel raise or a dime at highest. Rules are not followed by supervisors, and they use hidden camera to punish employees. Most supervisors follow a do as I say not as I do mentality. Managers such as our HR, abuse the corporate benefits, transfer from another state, have it paid by corporate, stay in the new store for 6 months and then quit. Oh your benefits are sadly lacking.
