Pros
The hourly teams are some of the most hardworking people I've ever met. The selling technology is really top notch. The pay rates for salaried managers is decent.
Cons
Do not work here if you are creative, think independently, and challenge the status quo in order to elevate the job. District management and above are ONLY metric driven and they are so disconnected with the reality in stores; so much nepotism exists. They also do not have actual FT positions (outside of management) and your employees hours will change drastically week by week, causing them much distress.. Workload and payroll are not aligned, and expectations are generally not achievable with current staff levels. Be prepared to spend most of your day tasking if you are a manager.
