Pros

Great Pay, Every other weekend off with one day off in the middle of the week. Good schedule for retail but it is still retail

Cons

Since you are salary you work a ton of hours. You end up working 10+ hours a day. They cut payroll down to a bare minimum so that you have very few employees on the sales floor to help guests. The training they give you is as good as nothing. All you do for training is shadow someone for 6 weeks and it is up to them to teach you everything you need to know. After that it is sink of swim. There is no training handbook all you do is shadow and hope you figure it out. They do not set you up for success.
