Pros

A great place To learn how To be diverse in multiple departments. You are given the opportunity to build strong customer service skills because you are working with and providing service for people with different personalites and service needs. You are able to challenge yourself by going above an beyond a normal criteria of job duty and also demonstrate those skills when servicing each guest

Cons

You must be able to be extremely patient while working with some irate Guest that dont take no for an answer. It gets extremely frustrating when you have weighed all of your options of assisting a guest and the guest still isnt satisfied. The most important Thing is to never lose your integrity even in a heated situation and that's a very big challenge.

Pros

Have made some good friends and they are good about granting time off when needed. Also, they do sometimes provide free food in the breakroom.

Cons

Been there 4 years and it seems like they are really cutting hours lately and I do not recall them doing this during the summer in years past. Have open availability and am cross trained and all I seem to get are cashier shifts.
