Pros

Very positive work environment, leaders are typically encouraging and co-workers are fun to work with.

Cons

Managers expect an insane amount of work to get done, but don't provide their teams with enough team members or time to do it. Equipment that is necessary to do our jobs with is so scarce, departments have to fight over who gets to use them. Management have no problem working you to the bone but cutting your hours in half the next week without warning. Also have no problem calling you in on your days off or asking you to stay late on your shift.

Pros

Plenty of freedom for a retail job, good for a student seeking to work while taking classes.

Cons

Hours are not consistent and scheduling is all over the place. High turnover rate means more new people than usual.
