Pros

Target is a very nice company to work for. If you get the chance of working in PFresh that mean you are on the next step of becoming A Team Lead. Hours are great money is great but it can be a lot to get with sometimes.

Cons

-Its can be a lot sometimes. - Dont get every other weekend off like supposed too sometimes. - Have to come in 2 hours before store open sometimes. - The pay need to be more for all the work that has to be done.

Pros

The people are friendly The pay is decent for retail Several chances to move up in the company

Cons

Scheduling is hit or miss. Some weeks you'll get 40 hours and others you'll be lucky to get 20. It is still retail. That popcorn smell lingers pretty badly.

Pros

The environment is encouraged to be positive and upbeat, there is a team member discount and the scheduling is flexible usually.

Cons

As with any retail position, the guests can be difficult to handle and the benefits leave something to be desired, plus there is hard labor required in most positions.
