Pros

A lot of room for growth if you are dedicated and able to deliver results, you can truly be promoted every single year.

Cons

I could say you will be doing long hours 12-14 hours, but if you are developing a career that's what you should expect in any industry. I could say your trivial tasks that are not going to give you bragging rights with your friends, but if you really care about bragging rights you shouldn't apply for a retail job, the reality is there is a lot of good at Target if you want it, you simply have to know what you want.

Pros

Very flexible when it come to schedules. The tasks are easy to learn and they provide good training.

Cons

If you want to move up in this company don't waste your time getting a degree. If you have a degree you start out upper level. Not a whole lot of internal promotion from lower store employees
