Pros

Store discount, benefits, equality of employees

Cons

They often hired straight out of college people with no experience and then expected unrealistic results from them. Every store I worked at was a meat grinder that quickly moved on those hires an replaced them with a new fresh out of college person only to watch them fail again. The pay was also substandard against the work as an ETL. There never seemed enough of it for the hours you were expected to work and maintain.
