      Company going down hill in regards to AP

      Pros

      Decent pay, good experience, always busy, decent high risk bonus, great for new college grads, great technology with an awesome camera system.

      Cons

      No work life balance if you're in a red store. If you're in AP expect to work 60-70 hour work weeks, if not more, doing something completely out of your work center. Very political when it comes to getting promoted. AP is like the step child work center that no one cares about anymore.

      Pros

      Great for high energy people with an upbeat attitude Good pay for entry level & campus graduates with little experience Respected company. When looking for a job after people respected the experience

      Cons

      Extremely poor work-life balance, 60-70 hours plus weekends. Earnings for the role not that high when factoring in number of hours worked Disorganized headquarter directions, lots of mistakes logistically that are left for store management to fix. Never have enough resources to complete given tasks and end up doing a lot of grunt work. Executive Team Leaders especially in a Salesfloor role are simply glorified and overpaid team members doing menial tasks 80-90% of the time.

      Pros

      there are not two many reasons to work here but for the money and there is not a lot of that.

      Cons

      They never trained me right once they found that out they showed me how to-do things and i was ok with that i worked one more day as a cashier not the part of the job that i was having problems with so i never got to show them anything. came in the day after that i was pulled aside and told me that they where leting me go and gave me cash and showed me the door so they never gave me the chance i needed to show them that I could improve and do the job the way they wanted it. it is a good temp job but it wont be permanent job and they will catch you by suprise i was always 20 min early and always made shure that they where OK and i was always making sure every thing was ok and now im gone.
