Pros

Interesting co-workers, mostly flexible scheduling and 10% off. 5% with a target card. But since it does one then the other it's really 14.25%

Cons

Guests, upper management, constant lack of leadership and terrible recognition.

Pros

I cannot think of one pro.

Cons

No benefits, no full-time, not allowed to work over hours.. They will also cut your hours without notice causing employees to trade and/or beg for more. High turn-over because the work is exhausting. Plus, they will pile more and more work for you to do without compensating you whatsover. Everyone gets a yearly review where your given a 'raise'. Put it this way: I got the highest raise ever given out by my store at a whopping $0.62 more an hour.
