Pros

The pay for an ETL is fair for retail. I was an assistant manager for Wal-mart and the pay was alot less. The benifits are good and every other weekend off is nice to.

Cons

You have to be a car salesman to get promoted at target. If you have outstanding work performance and you can not sell them some bs you will not get promoted. It is easier to come from the outside in than inside up.

Pros

The best thing about working for Target is the other employees

Cons

Hours suck, Managers think they rule the world, the second the store does not make sales, your work is twice as much and your hours are cut in half.

Pros

Flexible, some of management were sensible, and got away with a lot.

Cons

Incompetent team leads, who WERE not valued by other team leads, or the STL, but were still working there.
